The Colony (Fire Ant & Worker Ant) vs. Flawless & Lawless (Blake Morris & Rex Lawless) from Beyond Wrestling Tournament for Tomorrow 3:16

Post by Kevin Ford

Morris and Worker Ant fight for control, leading to them trading pin attempts. Morris slaps Worker Ant in the face. His running shoulder blocks don’t budge Worker Ant. Worker Ant sends him to the corner, following in with a back elbow and running double axe handle to the chest. Morris knocks Fire Ant off the apron. Worker Ant follows him to the apron. Worker Ant ducks Lawless’ clothesline. Morris however superkicks Worker Ant into a side slam from Lawless on the ring apron. Morris and Lawless wear down Worker Ant in their half of the ring. Worker Ant pulls Morris off of the second rope, causing Morris’ head to collide with the top turnbuckle. Morris is able to block a uranage with an armdrag and belly-to-belly suplex. Worker Ant fights his way out of a double choke from Lawless and drops him with a uranage. Fire Ant finally tags in. He enzuigiri’s Morris from the apron and comes in with a high crossbody. The Yahtzee Kick follows. He takes down Lawless with a tilt-a-whirl DDT. The Ants Marching dropkick sends Lawless outside. Morris tries fighting off the Colony on his own. Fire Ant suicide dives onto Lawelss after ducking one of his clotheslines. Morris wheelbarrows Worker Ant into a prawn hold for one. Worker Ant hits the GTS (Get the Sugar) for the pin at 9:08.

The crowd could not be bothered to make any noise during the majority of this match. It was distracting, but thankfully Fire Ant’s little flurry and Worker Ant’s nice finisher added a small layer of excitement before they took it home. *
