Silas Young vs. Caprice Coleman vs. Matt Taven vs. Takaaki Watanabe from ROH TV 2014

Recap from TJ Hawke: Tag rules are being enforced at the start. I’m pretty sure this is a one-fall match though. Pet peeve. I really do not enjoy listening to Kevin Kelly on commentary. RD Evans and Steve Corino make it more bearable at least. Watanabe went for a tope suicida on Young, but Young blocked it. Taven hit Coleman and Young with a Deadman suicida. Watanabe then hit a very sloppy corkscrew plancha. Watanabe hit a very weak chop on Coleman. Bad sequence of events for Watanabe. Silas and Watanabe traded forearms. All four men traded movez. Silas caught Coleman with a Fruit Roll-Up: 1…2…3. Of course.

Wow, what an awful ending! This match was very pedestrian and forgettable. My takeaway was that Takaaki Watanabe is not that good and has a long way to go before becoming good. Maybe he was just nervous or something though.
